At Vrishnaa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In case you are not, please follow the below process for initiating return and exchange of your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To request an exchange, please email us at wecare@vrishnaa.com within 24-48 hours of delivery. You can exchange the same product for a different size or color. If the replacement product is unavailable on our website, we will issue a credit voucher with lifetime validity against the returned item(s), which can be used for your future purchases. While requesting, kindly mention your Order ID and clearly specify the product you’d like to receive in exchange along with the preferred size and color. We will arrange a pickup of the delivered product within 1–2 days of receiving your email.
The product must be unused and unworn, and the exchange request should be raised within 24-48 hours of delivery. Once the product is picked up, it will undergo a quality check. If the product passes the quality check, we will dispatch your requested exchange piece. The complete exchange process may take 7–10 days. We do not accept exchange requests for any product that has already been exchanged once.

If you are unsatisfied with the product delivered, you must raise a return request within 24-48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a pickup from your location. In case of a return, the refund amount will be credited to your bank account after deducting the shipping charges. The deducted shipping charge will be approximately ₹200, which includes both the original shipping to you and the reverse pickup from your address to our warehouse
The refund will be processed within 3–7 working days after we receive the returned product and it clears the quality check. If however the return is found not eligible for refund, we will send the same product back to you. In either scenario, your return issue will be closed within 7 days of our receiving the return package from the customer
Items are only replaced if they are broken or faulty. Send us an email at wecare@Vrishnaa.com if you need to exchange it for the same item, and we’ll provide our physical address so you can send it.

COD orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel the order, please write us on wecare@vrishnaa.com. Prepaid orders can only be canceled before they have left our warehouse. Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation.
